In thinking about boots, I totally forgot just how much I loved Michelle Williams (and her wardrobe) in Blue Valentine. She certainly re-kindled my desire to own another pair of Frye boots (I've already sold off a pair of campus and veronica slouch boots in the past). The engineer boots seem like the badass stomping boots that my shoe collection is currently missing, especially the ones lined in shearling. And unlike most of Frye boots today, they're made in the USA.
